The Alliance for Intercollegiate Sports Medicine consists of Athletic Trainers and Physicians from the American Athletic and Big East Conferences. The Alliance was organized in 2007 to enhance the safety and welfare of all conference student-athletes. Our primary method of accomplishing this mission is to hold an annual symposium upon which all Head Athletic Trainers and Physicians, from member schools, attend and present educational sessions.

The 2024 Alliance for Intercollegiate Sports Medicine meeting is on April 29 - May 1, 2024. The conference will be in Clearwater Beach, FL at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort. Room blocks are available from April 27 – May3).

​

 

Vendor booths will be operational on April 30th (tentatively, 11:00 am – 1:00 pm). There will be a vendor time for virtual interaction with the virtual attendees. You will get 5 minutes for that virtual interaction if you should choose to utilize the opportunity. There will be no other hours for the Exhibit area. You may start set up the afternoon/evening of April 29th after 1:00 pm. Otherwise, the morning of April 30th. You may utilize this entire time to meet with the attendees. We will be requiring that all attendees bring plenty of business cards, to hand out to you, as they should be visiting every vendor. We will be sending out an agenda once finalized. Vendors are in the same space (Island II Ballroom). You are invited to the Welcome Reception dinner on the April 29th. The time is still TBD.

For those attending the conference, the number for the Sheraton Sand Key Resort in Clearwater Beach is (727) 595-1611. You may make your hotel registration online through our website. Otherwise, call the Sheraton and mention the Alliance for Intercollegiate Sports Medicine meeting while making your reservation with the Sheraton for a conference rate (TBD). As of right now there is not a registration room code to reference.
