The Alliance for Intercollegiate Sports Medicine consists of Athletic Trainers and Physicians from the American Athletic and Big East Conferences.  The Alliance was organized in 2007 to enhance the safety and welfare of all conference student-athletes.  Our primary method of accomplishing this mission is to hold an annual symposium upon which all Head Athletic Trainers and Physicians, from member schools, attend and present educational sessions.

 

The 2026 Alliance for Intercollegiate Sports Medicine meeting is on May 6 - 8, 2026.  The conference will be in Clearwater Beach, FL at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort.  Room blocks are available from May 4 – 9, 2025).

 

Vendor booths will be operational on May 7th (at least 2 hours, time is TBD).  We will not have virtual attendees this year.  You may start setting up the afternoon/evening of May 6th after 1:00 pm.  Otherwise, the morning of May 7th.  You may utilize this entire time to meet with the attendees. We will be requiring that all attendees bring plenty of business cards to hand out to you, as they should be visiting every vendor.  We will be sending out an agenda once finalized.  Vendors are in the same space (Island II Ballroom).  You are invited to the Welcome Reception dinner on May 6th.  The time is still TBD.
